Using eco- products to promote a company is a good idea. These products do not have to be flashy they just need to be useful. These are not novelty items they are actually useful.

People are tired of getting things that they just throw away. If someone gives you a plastic thing with a company name on it you might smile and say thank you but you will probably just throw it away. If someone gives you something that’s sustainable and useful you will be more likely to use it. You might even say “I will actually use this”. This is a reaction to get from someone.

The materials used to make things are important. If something is made from wood or cork it feels like it was made on purpose. It feels like someone thought about what they were doing when they made it. The packaging is also important. If something is wrapped up in an clean way it feels like it was made with thought and care.

Some people might think that sustainable products are too expensive.. If you think about how long they last they are not that expensive. A good water bottle can be used for years. A notebook made from paper can be used for months. This is better than a pen that breaks after you use it a times.

Trade shows are a place to give out sustainable products. Most of the time people are giving out the old things that everyone else is giving out. If you give out something like a packet of seeds or a refillable water bottle you will stand out. You will be giving people something that they can actually use.

It is also an idea to be honest about where your products come from. If you tell people about the materials used to make your products and how they were made they will respect you for it. People, like it when companies are honest and tell them the truth.

Before you order any products ask yourself if you would use them. If the answer is no then do not order them. Your company deserves better than to have its products thrown away.
